Refund Policy
Last updated: November 1, 2026
1. Subscription Fees
Plans are billed monthly in advance, at the price shown on our pricing page and confirmed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for, and we do not issue pro-rated refunds for the unused part of a billing period.
2. Free Trial
Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial. No payment information is required to begin one, and you are not charged if you cancel before the trial ends. If you subscribe during the trial, your first paid month begins when you subscribe.
3. Service Issues
If an outage on our side stops you using the Service for more than 48 consecutive hours, contact us and we will give you a pro-rated credit or a refund for the affected period. We handle these case by case and would rather be generous than argue the fine print.
4. Billing Errors
If you think you were charged incorrectly or charged twice, contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and refund any confirmed billing error in full. This includes being charged after a cancellation you made in time.
5. Pre-Release Status and Current Sending Limit
GRM is pre-release software. It is under active development, is being tested internally and by invited testers only, and is not offered for public use. No plan buys production capacity or a service level at this stage.
Contact counts, sequence counts, email volumes and other figures shown on our marketing pages, pricing page and product demo screens describe the capacity the platform is being built to support. They are not a measurement of what the Service delivers today, and they are not a promise of current throughput.
The limit that applies today is 100 emails per day per account — about 3,000 emails per month, imposed by the email provider behind the Service. Every plan is capped at that rate while the provider limit applies, whatever monthly figure appears on a plan card. Because that is far below the monthly figures on the plan cards, a subscription is not a sensible purchase at this stage; we do not encourage you to buy one.
6. Refunds Not Available on Capacity Grounds
A request for a refund, credit, partial refund or price reduction whose basis is that the volume, metrics, results or capacity you received is lower than a figure displayed on our website, in a product demo or in any marketing material will not be considered. This is because the displayed figures are disclosed as target capacity rather than current capacity, and the 100-emails-per-day limit is disclosed and accepted at signup and shown again on the pricing and billing pages before any payment.
For the same reason, a payment made while the Service is pre-release is not refundable on the basis that the Service is incomplete, under development, invite-only, or unable to deliver a displayed monthly volume: the pre-release status and the real limit are disclosed before you pay. Paying at this stage supports development rather than buying deliverable capacity.
The only refund routes are the exceptions in sections 3 (sustained outage) and 4 (billing error), plus any right you have that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right you have under mandatory consumer law in your country of residence. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you may also have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of subscribing; where that applies, contact us and we will honour it even if you have already started using the Service.
8. How to Request a Refund
Contact us through our contact page or email support@grmhq.com with your account details and what went wrong. We will acknowledge and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, and usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
9. Relationship to the Terms of Service
This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. Where the Terms say that fees are generally non-refundable, sections 3, 4 and 7 of this policy are the agreed exceptions; sections 5 and 6 apply to every request.
