GRM is under active development and is being tested internally and by invited testers only. It is not a production service, and no plan buys production capacity today. Current sending capacity is 100 emails per day per account — about 3,000 emails per month, on every plan, whatever monthly figure a plan card shows. At that rate a subscription is not a sensible purchase yet: subscribing supports development rather than buying deliverable volume.

If you choose to pay anyway, you accept the pre-release status and the limits above, and payments made while the Service is pre-release are non-refundable except where a refund cannot lawfully be excluded. See the Terms and Refund Policy.

What happens if I exceed my sending limit?
Emails pause for the rest of the day. Today the hard limit is 100 emails per day per account, which is about 3,000 per month — you will reach that long before any monthly figure shown on a plan card.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Is there a setup fee or annual contract?
No setup fee, no annual contract. All plans are billed monthly. Cancel anytime with no penalties.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes. Every plan comes with a 7-day free trial. Full access, no credit card required.
Is SMS included in my plan?
No. SMS sending is not available on any plan yet. Automated email is included in every plan.
